Terms of Service

Last updated 27 August 2026

The short version You're buying a licence to unlock FieldTicket Pro on your device for a year. It renews annually until you cancel. If it doesn't pay for itself, email within 30 days and you get your money back. Your tickets live on your phone, so backing them up is on you. And FieldTicket is a tool for writing tickets — it can't guarantee a GC pays you.

💰 The 30-day guarantee

Use it on a real extra. If FieldTicket doesn't pay for itself, email FieldTicketSupport@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase and you get a full refund. You don't have to justify it and I won't argue with you.

Refunds are issued back to the payment method you used and usually take 5–10 business days to appear. When a purchase is refunded, the Pro licence ends — please stop using the unlock code.

What you're buying

FieldTicket Pro is an annual licence that removes the 3-ticket limit on the free trial. It gives you unlimited tickets and jobs, and every feature added during your licence period, at no extra charge.

Pro is unlocked with a code you enter in the app. The unlock applies to the device you enter it on. If you use FieldTicket on a second phone or a tablet, enter the same code there. Keep the code somewhere safe — you'll need it again if you replace your phone or clear your browser data.

The code is for you and your business. Please don't publish it or pass it around; the price is set on the assumption that people who use FieldTicket have paid for it.

Price, renewal and cancelling

FieldTicket Pro is 99 USD per year. Sales tax is added where applicable, based on your billing address, and is shown before you pay.

It renews once a year until you cancel. Stripe emails you a receipt for every payment, and you can cancel from that receipt at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; it doesn't refund the current period, except under the 30-day guarantee above.

If the price changes, existing customers keep the price they signed up at for as long as their subscription stays active.

Your tickets are yours, and they live on your phone

FieldTicket stores your jobs, tickets, photos and signatures in your device's browser storage. There is no account and no copy on our servers, which means:

The Clean up feature

Clean up is optional and only runs when you tap it. It sends the text in the work description box to our server and on to Anthropic's API, which returns tidier wording. Photos and signatures are never sent. See the privacy policy for detail.

It's written to tighten what you wrote and not to invent work, hours, quantities, or who authorised something. You are still responsible for what your ticket says. Read the result before you save it, the same as you'd read anything else you put your company's name on. The button undoes itself if you don't like what came back.

Clean up needs an internet connection. Everything else in FieldTicket works offline.

What FieldTicket doesn't promise

FieldTicket helps you document extra work properly. It cannot make a general contractor accept a ticket, approve a change order, or pay an invoice. Those outcomes depend on your contract, your relationship, and the facts of the job.

The software is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, FieldTicket and its owner are not liable for lost profits, unbilled or rejected extra work, disputed payments, lost data, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from using or being unable to use it. Any liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Acceptable use

Don't resell FieldTicket, share or publish unlock codes, or attempt to break the licence check. Don't use it to produce documents you know to be false. Accounts aren't involved, so enforcement here is mostly a matter of good faith — but a code found circulating publicly may be disabled in a future update.

Changes

These terms may change as FieldTicket does. The date at the top changes with them, and material changes will be noted on this page. Continuing to use FieldTicket after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
